Job Description:

  • As an Operations Support Specialist, you would be handling various Customer Care tasks.
  • Tasks will include, but not limited to, assisting the Quality Assurance (QA)/Training dept. with various Training and QA tasks, assisting with various Customer Support tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer navigation skills required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook required.
  • Customer Service experience desired.
  • Customer Service QA and/or Training experience desired.
