Retail Brand Performance & Education Growth SpecialistCompany: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner)HireNow SnapshotHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a couple, highly skilled Retail Brand Performance & Education Growth Specialist to join one of our valued client partners. This part-time contract opportunity is ideal for an energetic retail beauty professional who excels at brand education, relationship management, and driving retail sales performance within major beauty retailers.The successful candidate will serve as the primary field representative for an assigned territory, partnering with retail teams to strengthen product knowledge, improve customer engagement, execute impactful in-store activations, and increase brand performance. This position requires a professional who enjoys working independently while collaborating with retail leadership and corporate field management to achieve measurable sales growth.Three openings are available across the following markets:
  • Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas
  • San Francisco / Bay Area, California
  • Los Angeles, California (515 Shatto Place)
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional retail education strategies that increase product knowledge and in-store sales performance.
  • Deliver engaging product training sessions for Beauty Advisors and retail leadership teams.
  • Strengthen relationships with retail partners including Sephora, ULTA, Macy's, and other key beauty retailers.
  • Execute branded retail activations, promotional events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze regional sales trends and identify opportunities to improve retail performance.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising standards, product placement, and brand presentation.
  • Provide coaching that improves product confidence and customer conversion.
  • Submit accurate weekly activity reports, store visit summaries, and territory updates.
  • Collaborate with the National Field Manager regarding territory strategy, priorities, and performance goals.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory while maintaining exceptional professionalism and customer service.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor, Retail Sales Specialist, Brand Educator, or Field Sales Representative within the beauty industry.
  • Experience supporting retailers such as Sephora, ULTA, Macy's, or similar national beauty retailers.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and retail coaching skills.
  • Experience delivering product education and conducting in-store training sessions.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.
  • Reliable personal vehicle with the ability to travel up to approximately 50 miles one way throughout the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule averaging approximately 30 hours per week, including field and administrative responsibilities.
  • Must currently reside within one of the designated hiring markets.
