We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Consultant who is eager to learn, motivated by financial success, and passionate about roofing sales. You will receive complete training and ongoing mentorship to help you thrive in this role. Your primary responsibility will be to attend pre-set appointments, educate potential customers on the benefits of roofing services, and assist them in getting the best deal possible.

L’Attitude is teamed up with the leading provider of roofing and contracting solutions in South Jersey. We help empower homeowners to protect one of their most significant investments: their homes. As a rapidly growing company established in 2018, we are seeking ambitious individuals to join our Entry Level Sales Consultant team and build a rewarding career in the construction, roofing, and sales industries.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners (no cold calling)

  • Conduct roof inspections with a drone and present clear, confident solutions

  • Build trust, overcome objections, and close deals on the spot

  • Accurately price projects and explain financing/insurance options

  • Manage follow-ups and signed contracts through completion

  • Hit weekly and monthly sales goals alongside fellow Entry Level Sales Consultant team members

Entry Level Sales Consultants Qualifications:

  • Confident presenter with strong objection-handling skills

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally

  • Comfortable using CRM and mobile tools

  • Sales, Roofing, Solar, Sales Closing, Account Management, Entry Level Client Relations, Face-to-Face Sales, Sales Consulting, Appointment Setting, or Canvassing experience is ideal for this role
