Job description

We are currently seeking a highly skilledย Operations Assistantย for our Distribution Center in the Hollywood area. The ideal candidate will not only excel in data entry and clerical tasks but also be comfortable with handling warehouse duties.

Employment Type:ย Full-Time (Monday โ€“ Friday)

Potential for Permanent Position

REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES:

  • Office Tasks:ย Data entry, filing, returns processing, some phone work, etc.
  • Experience:ย Clerical/data entry experience required; reception experience beneficial.
  • Warehouse Task:ย Must be willing to engage in warehouse activities.
  • Computer Skills:ย Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must
  • Availability:ย Must be available to work from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, with occasional early starts at 7:30 am

  • Attributes:ย Reliable and quick learner with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills:ย Ability to manage priorities independently, attention to detail, and highly organized
