  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Journeyman Plumber's License and Valid Driver's License.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital technical lead, driving the successful installation of plumbing and radiant heat systems across high-end projects in Southwestern Wyoming. This role offers the chance to mentor apprentices while enjoying a family-focused culture that prioritizes your work-life balance. You will have the autonomy to manage on-site tasks and the stability of a company established in the community for over 25 years.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage material procurement and forecasting to ensure project scheduling continuity and efficiency.

  • Implement OSHA safety practices to maintain a secure environment for yourself and your teammates.

  • Interpret detailed project drawings and specifications to translate complex plans into functional installations.

  • Troubleshoot radiant heat and plumbing systems in real-time to prevent project delays.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Current Journeyman Plumber’s License with 2-3 years of experience in the field.
