Job description

We're looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team for Aero, Nautica and Lucky Brand. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and excited to make an impact by supporting the planning and execution of paid media initiatives across the full funnel. You'll work cross-functionally with brand, creative, and agency partners to coordinate campaign inputs, monitor performance, and help drive traffic, conversion, and overall brand growth across an evolving mix of paid media channels.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison between brand marketing, creative, and agency teams for paid media campaigns.
  • Manage campaign inputs, including creative assets, promotional details, and messaging calendars, ensuring agencies have accurate and timely information to execute.
  • Track campaign timelines and deliverables, confirming launches and optimizations are implemented as planned.
  • Coordinate monthly and seasonal marketing promotions, ensuring they are reflected consistently across paid media channels.
  • Review agency reports and help summarize performance insights, key learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support budget tracking and forecasting processes, including monitoring spend, pacing, and key performance metrics such as traffic, revenue, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with site and merchandising teams to ensure campaign landing pages, ad copy, and keywords are optimized and aligned with creative and promotional messaging to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and campaign recaps for internal stakeholders.
  • Support analysis of marketing channel performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in applying brand guidelines, competitive benchmarking, and A/B testing learnings to improve campaign execution.
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve process, communication flow, and campaign efficiency across teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends and platform updates to help inform testing and innovation opportunities.

Position Requirements:
  • 0-2 years' experience working within digital marketing and paid media channels
  • Highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels, translating vision to execution
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Travel may be required, based on business needs.
  • Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.
