SUMMARY
Hart is looking to add a Media Coordinator, to assist the Media Planners and Buyers across all traditional and digital channels. This is an entry level media department position, with hands-on training and experience in media systems, tools, and with platforms/media vendors.
This position is a hybrid role and must be within driving distance of our Detroit, Columbus or Toledo Offices and open to working in-person Tuesday-Thursday weekly (optional work from home on Monday and Friday).
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategy support: assisting media team in strategy development by pulling syndicated data, synthesizing & summarizing/visualizing
• Media trafficking & tagging: communication of creative specs, support in trafficking document, support manager in creation of GTM tags and support in the placement of tags/pixels
• Media vendor relationships: communicate with vendors to collect & evaluate proposals, address questions, support media execution/issuing IOs, and manage billing
• Digital stewardship: accessing platforms (social, DSP) to export data, monitor and adjust media plans and ensure proper pacing. Will include some platform-specific execution and stewardship of media buys
• Reporting: partner with analytics team to review, QA and summarize performance results. Collect data for ad hoc requests
• Budget management: assists in budget reporting, flowchart development, invoice clearing and payment approval.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Maintains ongoing internal communications with account group, accounting & others
• Assists in the development of media process & templates
• Ownership of key media tools/sources (Scarborough, Nielsen, Strata, WARC, Kantar)
• Assist media team in development of POVs & recommendations
• Build industry knowledge and identify new/emerging platforms & technologies to incorporate into plans

• Microsoft Office experience (especially Excel)
• Occasional travel may be required
