What you'll do:
SuperAwesome is seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of our paid media campaigns. This role is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the programmatic ecosystem, balancing global campaign execution with a focus on delivering high-quality campaigns for our clients .
As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will execute across the full campaign lifecycle. From gathering client assets and configuring campaign builds, to optimizing live campaigns and delivering post-campaign reporting. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, eager to learn, and has an obsessive eye for detail. You will be an action-oriented team player who pushes yourself to consistently achieve objectives and always delivers on what you promise.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Setup & Launch Coordination
  • Kickoff & Setup Execution: Build out implementation documents, coordinate with our managed service partners to ensure accurate trafficking, and QA for accuracy.
  • Asset & Creative Coordination: Support the gathering of client assets, clearly communicate technical ad specs, and assist in thorough pre-launch testing.
  • Forecasting: Manage inventory forecasting for upcoming proposals and active campaigns.

Campaign Execution & Optimisation
  • Objective Management: Monitor daily delivery across a portfolio of campaigns, ensuring they are pacing in full, hitting client performance metrics, and maintaining target margins.
  • In-Flight Optimisation: Conduct daily campaign checks and execute standard optimizations in platforms like Beeswax, Google Ads, and Roblox.
  • Agile Execution: Actively monitor data and quickly identify when a campaign setup or strategy is no longer effective, pivoting your approach to get performance back on track.

Reporting, Troubleshooting & Team Support
  • Troubleshooting: Actively investigate delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, or tech bugs. Learn to navigate the ad tech stack to find the root cause before escalating complex issues to stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Wrap-up: Pull data for internal weekly reporting, and surface pacing and performance observations.
  • Inventory Management: Support the coordination and organisation of SuperAwesome's inventory and deal setup.
  • Continuous Learning: Absorb campaign learnings and programmatic plays to constantly looking for ways to improve your own workflow and understanding of the kid-safe marketplace.

Drive & Accountability
  • Drive: Pursue daily activities and operational challenges with energy, dealing with roadblocks in a responsive and constructive way.
  • Accountability: Take full ownership of your assigned tasks. Consistently deliver on what you have promised to both internal teams and external clients, acting with integrity at all times.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a highly analytical entry-level media role (strong internships in ad tech or media agencies will be considered).
  • Programmatic Curiosity: Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem and hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Beeswax or Google Ads.
  • Project & Client Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously. Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
  • Technical Toolkit: A foundational understanding of digital ad formats (e.g., VAST, HTML5) and tracking methodologies.
  • Data Fluency: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. You should be highly comfortable pulling reports, manipulating data, and calculating performance metrics.
  • Execution Mindset: You don't just mindlessly click buttons; you are inquisitive, action-oriented, and care deeply about the accuracy of your work.
