ABOUT THE ROLE:
Positions available in Esterhazy, Yorkton and Regina area.
You will build relationships and become the customers first call when they have a problem or need. Set your own schedule and priorities to deliver customer value.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
- Using your technical experience, work to become a trusted consultant, problem solver and first call for your customers
- Deliver solutions-based proposals and products to address customer needs and goals
- Operate independently and with support of Motion Specialists and Shop Services teams
- Call on established customers to support and grow the business
- Consult with site (maintenance, reliability, engineering, procurement) to understand their operational pain points and improvement goals
- Drive cost savings, efficiencies and increased safety in the customers operations
- Utilize manufacturer representatives to assist in solving customer issues and demonstrations
- Learn about Motions diverse product and services offerings
- Participate in Motion and manufacturer training
- Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
