Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, clinical documentation tools, and basic medical equipment is essential. Excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure are important soft skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork. These skills and qualities are crucial for delivering safe, high-quality care and building trust with patients and colleagues in clinical environments.
