Entry-level MDs often encounter challenges such as adapting to long and irregular work hours, managing a steep learning curve, and balancing patient care responsibilities with ongoing medical education. Navigating complex patient cases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and developing effective communication skills can also be demanding.
