This technician follows a schedule throughout multiple restaurant locations to clean and care for equipment to prevent equipment breakdowns.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:1. Performing planned maintenance on restaurant equipment including but not limited to: Kitchen equipment Service equipment Ice machines HVAC Coolers Freezers Plumbing Soda stations2.
