Step 1 – Entry-Level Technician

  • Oil changes
  • Tire rotations
  • Multi-point inspections
  • Basic vehicle maintenance

Step 2 – Express Service Technician

  • Brakes
  • Tires
  • Fluid exchange services
  • Additional maintenance repairs

Step 3 – Used Vehicle Technician

  • Perform comprehensive inspections on pre-owned vehicles
  • Complete mechanical repairs to prepare vehicles for sale

Step 4 – Automotive Service Technician

  • Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
  • Continue manufacturer certification and technical development

Throughout your career, you’ll receive:

    Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other scheduled maintenance
  • Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
  • Check and top off essential vehicle fluids
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Learn proper repair procedures from experienced technicians
  • Safely operate shop equipment and tools
  • Document completed work accurately
  • Deliver quality workmanship and outstanding customer service
  • Continuously develop technical skills through training
    Qualifications
  • Passion for automobiles and mechanical work
  • Automotive schooling or personal vehicle repair experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
