We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse operations team in an entry-level administrative role supporting cargo receiving and warehouse processing activities.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Office Staff position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse administration and freight receiving activities. The primary focus of this role is accurately entering shipment and cargo information into CargoWise, creating warehouse-on-hand records, and ensuring freight documentation is processed correctly and efficiently.

Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role, as the position supports regulated cargo handling and compliance-sensitive operations.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and review inbound freight documentation

  • Enter cargo details into CargoWise accurately and efficiently

  • Create warehouse-on-hand records within the system

  • Verify shipment information including pieces, weights, dimensions, and descriptions

  • Assist with freight check-in and receiving coordination

  • Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures

  • Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving discrepancies or missing information

  • Scan, organize, and maintain shipment records and supporting documentation

  • Assist with general administrative and operational support tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems

  • Strong data entry accuracy

  • Ability to communicate professionally with team members and customers

  • Prior logistics, warehouse, or CargoWise experience is a plus, but not required
