The Fabricator/Assembler - Lev I will perform entry-level fabrication and assembly tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all components meet quality, safety, and production standards. This role is on 1st shift, with hours from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and is located on-site at our manufacturing facility in Greeneville, TN.
Roles Responsibilities:
  • Safely perform basic fabrication and assembly tasks under supervision, following company and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain attention to quality; promptly report defective materials or unusual conditions to supervision.
  • Operate basic hand tools and simple machinery to assist with processing and assembling components.
  • Follow instructions, drawings, or work guides to complete assigned tasks within required specifications.
  • Assist in the setup and operation of equipment such as saws, shears, and spot welders under direction.
  • Use jigs, fixtures, and clamps to align and secure workpieces with accuracy.
  • Handle, move, and lift materials safely, including tubing and components.
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; support 6S/lean manufacturing practices.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, standard work documents, routings, and use measuring devices (e.g., calipers, tape measures, gauges).
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and handle metal tubing and related materials as required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication
  • Familiarity with fabrication tools
  • Experience interpreting detailed technical drawings or specifications.
  • Knowledge of 6S, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices.
