Sales Trainee Position:
We are seeking motivated individuals for an outside sales trainee position. This is a seasonal opportunity designed for college students or graduating class, entry-level candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition, and direct outside sales. This role offers structured sales training, performance-based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas
  • Generate leads and acquire new customers
  • Present and explain company services to homeowners
  • Close sales and manage follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
  • Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
Schedule
  • Full/part-time (20-40 hours per week)
  • Mondayโ€“Friday
  • Seasonal summer position
  • Top performers will be offered continued employment
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Additional incentives available
