A Logistics Management Trainee is an entry-level professional who participates in a structured training program to learn the various aspects of logistics and supply chain management. This role typically involves rotating through different departments such as inventory control, transportation, warehousing, and procurement to gain hands-on experience. The trainee works under the supervision of experienced managers and is prepared for future leadership positions within the logistics or supply chain field. By the end of the program, trainees are expected to understand the end-to-end logistics process and contribute to operational efficiency.

You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to understand the end-to-end logistics process. • Learn company processes and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and service
  • Take on increasing responsibility as you develop your knowledge of the business
  • Build the skills and experience needed to grow into future leadership opportunities

  • Hands-On Mindset: Comfortable jumping in, learning how things work, and contributing wherever needed to get the job done
  • Dependability: Reliable, responsible, and takes ownership of responsibilities from start to finish
  • Problem Solving: Able to think through challenges, make practical decisions, and keep things moving
  • Adaptability: Comfortable moving between office responsibilities and hands-on operational work throughout the day
  • Initiative: Willing to learn, ask questions, and take on increasing responsibility as knowledge and confidence grow
  • Team Mindset: Enjoys working alongside others and understands that strong leaders learn the work before leading it
  • Customer Focus: Understands how strong operations and follow-through contribute to a great customer experience
