Elite Level is actively hiring an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Birmingham, Alabama. This opportunity is ideal for motivated entry-level candidates, recent graduates, career starters, and individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, brand promotions, customer engagement, lead generation, client relations, and business development.


No prior marketing experience is required. We provide full training, mentorship, and real-world experience to help you build a strong foundation for a successful career in marketing and sales. As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will support daily marketing and sales operations, assist with campaign execution, represent client brands, and help increase customer awareness through face-to-face outreach.


This is an on-site role based in Birmingham, AL. Candidates must be able to commute to the Birmingham area and work directly with customers, team members, and leadership in a fast-paced professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns designed to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
