We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational machining skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for mechanical tasks, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to learning and growth. You will be instrumental in supporting our production operations by performing various machining tasks, ensuring precision and quality in every component. This role requires a solid understanding of basic mathematics and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain various machine tools, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts.
  • Perform basic machine setup and adjustments for different machining operations.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions.
  • Execute drilling and cutting operations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the selection and application of appropriate cutting tools and tooling for machining tasks.
