We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team as Machine Operator Trainees. This entry-level manufacturing opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, mechanical equipment, and learning new skills in a team-oriented environment.

In this role, you'll receive training on a variety of production machines while supporting experienced operators in the manufacturing process. Employees who demonstrate strong performance and reliability have opportunities for advancement into higher-level operator positions.

Overtime opportunities may occasionally be available on Fridays based on production needs.


What You'll Do
  • Assist with the operation and monitoring of manufacturing and converting equipment.
  • Learn machine setup procedures, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Review production instructions and work orders to ensure accurate product specifications.
  • Support quality inspections and help maintain product standards.
  • Follow all workplace safety requirements and operational procedures.
  • Help maintain production efficiency and meet daily output goals.
  • Work alongside operators and production staff to keep manufacturing processes running smoothly.
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities throughout the facility.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Continue developing technical and equipment-related skills through training and hands-on experience.

QualificationsRequired
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including reading and using a tape measure.
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning industrial equipment.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working around operating machinery in a production environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical assessment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
