Job description

The Dish Machine Operator is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Customer Service Team. They will be responsible for the back of house meeting regulations and that their team can fulfill orders in a timely manner.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Support F&B Back of House Team Members to keep the kitchen areas (refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and preparation area) are clean, stocked, and ready for cooking.
  • Open to learning new skillsets and motivated to being promoted: preparation of food, quality control of refrigerated/freezer items, and cooking.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Desire to grow career and learn new skills.
  • Ability to obtain Gaming License.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply. (Enrolled tribal youth at least 16 can apply.)

Good to Have, But Not Required:

  • Previous experience working in the Food & Beverage Industry at a Casino and/or Hotel.
  • Washington State Food Handler's Permit (must be willing to obtain within 30 days of employment).
