Starting Pay & Growth
  • Starting Wage: $25.24/hour
  • Growth Path: Progress up to Level 6 with training, hands-on skill development, and tenure
  • Overtime: Double time after 50 hours weekly (non-exempt roles)
  • Shift Differentials: Additional pay depending on shift

What You'll Be Doing
This is a fast-paced, physical manufacturing role. You will:
  • Operate and monitor production machinery
  • Handle roofing materials and finished products
  • Perform basic measurements and calculations
  • Support safe, clean, consistent operations
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Physical Requirements
You must be able to:
  • Use hands to handle materials and operate equipment
  • Reach, grip, and perform repetitive motions
