This is an entry-level position with lots of growth opportunities.
Regular schedule is 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday - Thursday. Potential overtime opportunities on Fridays.
Essential Job Duties:
-Operate within a team atmosphere to complete a product.
-Participate in flow lines and demonstrate the ability to meet or beat established takt time.
-Operate and maintain daily maintenance of multiple machine types.
-Inspect material for defects prior to cutting.
-Learn and do continuous improvement activities.
-Cut materials (machines) such as fabric, velcro, leather, vinyl, foam, and carpet.
-Communicate effectively with the team
-Follow directions to maintain our high-quality standards.
Qualified applicants have:

-Able to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift.

-Able to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
-Able to see variations in color because of product inspection requirements.

Benefits package includes:
Starting Wage of $19.60 per hour with a clear path for wage growth.
Full Cutting Tech Range is $19.60 - $26.00.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Under 12 months: 1 hour PTO for every 30 worked.
After 1 Year: 70 hours PTO
After 3 Years: 110 hours PTO
After 5 Years: 120 hours + 30 hours paid Holiday during Christmas week
Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are paid for 10 hours after 1 month of employment.
Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits: Eligible for coverage on the 1st day of the month following completion of 60 days of employment.
Tuition Assistance: Eligible after 6 months of employment.
401(k): Employer match based on the profitability of the company.
Technology Reimbursement: Eligible after 1 year of employment.
