This position is ideal for a candidate with prior experience in purchasing, supply chain coordination, operations support, inventory management, or high-volume administrative operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. This is not an entry-level administrative role — we are looking for someone who can contribute operationally, communicate professionally across departments, and support critical business functions with accuracy and urgency.

This opportunity is best suited for candidates seeking long-term growth within operations, purchasing, or supply chain management and who are looking to contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Purchasing and Operations teams with daily coordination of inventory, orders, and vendor-related processes.
  • Maintain and analyze internal spreadsheets, reports, and purchasing records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Process customer and inventory orders while ensuring all data is complete, accurate, and entered in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate scheduling and operational communication across internal departments and external partners.
  • Monitor and manage digital records, documentation, and reporting systems.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Maintain professionalism, accountability, and strong attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Benefits

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Life and Disability insurance
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Leave
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Employee Referral Program
  • Paid Training and Orientation
  • Career Growth Opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in purchasing, operations coordination, logistics, supply chain support, inventory management, or a related business function strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems or inventory platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and perform well in a high-volume environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
