Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Associate to support our Purchasing and Operations teams. This position is ideal for a candidate with prior experience in purchasing, supply chain coordination, operations support, inventory management, or high-volume administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Purchasing and Operations teams with daily coordination of inventory, orders, and vendor-related processes.
- Maintain and analyze internal spreadsheets, reports, and purchasing records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process customer and inventory orders while ensuring all data is complete, accurate, and entered in a timely manner.
- Coordinate scheduling and operational communication across internal departments and external partners.
- Monitor and manage digital records, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Maintain professionalism, accountability, and strong attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in purchasing, operations coordination, logistics, supply chain support, inventory management, or a related business function strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems or inventory platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
