A day in the life...

As a Line Cook II, you are on the front lines with excellent fine dining service experience. Having some skills as Pastry Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook for our guests on our various train experiences from legacy, lunch, and dinner train. Also, for our various other seasonal experiences and private events. Your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will be a part of ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one. 

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook.

Entry level experience as Pastry Chef de Partie. 

Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. 

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

Familiar with industry's best practices. 

Culinary school diploma a plus. 

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in small space, fast paced environment, and on a moving train.

Ability to stand for long period of time.

Must be available for day or evening, holidays and weekend shifts.

Serve Safe (or ability to obtain certification).

Speak & Read English - Minimum.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.


$21.00-$27.00 per hour (including gratuity incentives)
