PAC Outsourcing LLC (www.pacout.com), a team of campaign finance and election law professionals located in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking an Assistant Political Compliance Manager. Full-time, entry level, Monday through Friday.  Salary plus comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • · Political compliance research supporting the firm’s staff and clients
  • · Receipt processing, including currency and live checks
  • · Disbursement processing
  • · Database management and data entry
  • · Bank reconciliation
  • · Assist in preparing and filing federal and state disclosure reports
       Requirements:
  • · U.S. Citizen
  • · BA/BS in accounting, business, political science, or related field
  • · Professionalism and trustworthiness
  • · Interest in politics or governmental transparency
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication
  • · Information tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
