• Conduct in-depth evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health issues, formulating appropriate clinical diagnoses and creating effective treatment plans.
• Provide individualized, group, or family therapy tailored to each client’s specific needs using accredited evidence-based practices.
• Engage in crisis intervention and support for clients, equipping them with coping strategies during acute mental health crises or emergencies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall care and outcomes for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, various treatment modalities, and available community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health therapy through continued education, hands-on training, and professional workshops.

• Must hold a valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is essential.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

• Experience in a clinical setting is favored but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
