Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
Overview
The Electrician will perform duties in the Enmarket Arena during events and non-event days. This position also helps to control, maintain, and monitor all Enmarket Arena systems throughout the facility.
This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00-$25.00
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until September 25, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Under guidance from the full-time Electrician, performs preventative maintenance and repairs on all Enmarket Arena electrical systems, including, but not limited to, line and low voltage, HVAC, and all other building assets as needed.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Troubleshooting building systems using appropriate testing devices.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
  • As scheduled, assists in operating the Enmarket Arena during the event and non-event modes as efficiently as possible.
  • Operates and maintains equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, Zamboni, hand tools, power tools, pickup trucks, etc.
  • Assists as needed in all areas of operations.

Qualifications
  • Possess demonstrated basic knowledge of methods, principles, and practices required for the operation, repair, and maintenance of all systems such as low voltage, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Understanding of LEED Certified Buildings preferred but not required; willing to take initiatives toward learning LEED.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and other related materials.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and stringent schedules and produce accurate results.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise proper judgment in routine matters.
  • Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, guests, and others encountered in the course of employment.
  • High School Diploma required. College or Technical School Degree Preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of this job, which include being able to access all areas of the facility, lifting and carrying heavy objects, moving, climbing, and working at various heights.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
