Entry Level Sales Representative

As a full-time Sales Representative you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to develop professionally, earn uncapped commissions, and make an impact from day one.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on our energy-efficient home remodeling products and services.
  • Learn POWER’s proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with teammates and mentors to continuously improve your sales approach.
  • Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that prepare you for long-term career growth.

How you’ll partner with others

  • Partner with experienced sales leaders who will coach and support your development.
