Job description

Benefits:
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Company parties
  • Free food & snacks
  • Opportunity for advancement
  • Signing bonus
  • Training & development

You do not need years of sales experience to build a serious sales career.
Aurum Wireless is looking for ambitious, competitive, and financially motivated people who are ready to learn professional business-to-business sales. This opportunity is especially well suited for college graduates, former athletes, career changers, and people who want their income and advancement to be determined by performance.
We provide intensive training, field coaching, an assigned territory, and a defined path into sales leadership. You provide the discipline, consistency, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Sell
You will work directly with local business owners to provide AT&T Business solutions, including:
  • AT&T Business wireless service
  • Smartphones, tablets, and connected devices
  • AT&T Internet
  • Business account savings and device promotions
This is professional outside B2B sales—not retail sales and not a desk-based call-center position.
What You’ll Do
  • Visit businesses throughout an assigned territory.
  • Speak directly with owners and authorized decision-makers.
  • Review their current wireless and internet services.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve service.
  • Build and present customized AT&T Business quotes.
  • Complete applications and submit accurate customer orders.
  • Follow up with customers through activation and setup.
  • Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team huddles.
Successful representatives are expected to consistently prospect, visit approximately 30 businesses per day, and build a strong pipeline of appointments and sales opportunities.
Compensation

This position offers performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
  • Monthly guarantee pay DOE
  • Average commission per sale is $750
  • No negative draw balance or carryover
  • Additional income available through leadership overrides and team-development bonuses
Based on current production standards, representatives can earn approximately $78,000 at minimum production and approximately $117,000 at goal production, with no cap on higher performance.
Compensation is based on completed, qualified sales. Full details are provided in the written compensation plan.
Intensive New-Hire Training
New training classes begin every other Monday. The next class begins Monday, August 17, 2026, at our Roseville office.
Monday — Orientation

9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Lunch provided
Tuesday–Thursday — Classroom and Field Training

9:00–11:00 AM in the office
11:00 AM–6:00 PM in the field
Friday — Final Training Day

9:00–11:00 AM in the office
11:00 AM–6:00 PM in the field
7:00–9:00 PM team dinner and end-of-week outing
New hires who live more than two hours one way from Roseville will have reasonable, preapproved hotel expenses reimbursed for training week.
Attendance for the entire training week is required.
Ongoing Training and Attendance
Every representative must attend a weekly training and team huddle on Mondays at 9:00 AM with their Team Lead or Market Director.
  • Representatives within two hours of Roseville attend in person every Monday.
  • Representatives more than two hours away attend in person at least twice per month.
  • Distant representatives attend online on the remaining Mondays.
Who We’re Looking For
Previous sales experience is not required. We are looking for people who:
  • Have serious financial and career goals
  • Are competitive, confident, and resilient
  • Are comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
  • Show up on time and follow through on commitments
  • Can accept direct coaching and immediately apply feedback
  • Want to be rewarded for production instead of seniority
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Can complete the required training and background-screening process
  • Want the opportunity to eventually recruit, train, and lead others
A college degree is welcomed but not required. Your discipline, communication skills, and ability to learn matter more than your previous job title.
Leadership Opportunity
Aurum Wireless is developing future leaders as we open and expand additional markets.
Our advancement path is:
Sales Representative → Team Lead → Market Director → Executive Level Positions.

Promotions are earned through personal production, consistency, customer quality, leadership, and the ability to develop successful representatives. Advancement is based on results—not how long you have worked here.
This Position Will Not Fit Everyone
This is an active, in-person field-sales position with demanding training and measurable performance expectations.

It is not a fit for someone looking for a desk job, a casual schedule, or a position where simply showing up is enough. It is built for someone who is coachable, dependable, financially driven, and determined to build a career.
