About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for our Commercial Leadership Development program. This entry-level opportunity is designed for recent graduates with degrees in Business, Engineering, or related fields who are interested in building a long-term career within a growing manufacturing organization.

The primary focus of this role will be supporting a major Product Information Management (PIM) system implementation through the gathering, organization, and maintenance of product data. Throughout the duration of the project, the individual will also gain exposure to a variety of commercial and operational functions across the company.

This position is intended to develop future company leaders by building strong product knowledge, cross-functional experience, and business acumen. Upon successful completion of the program and project work, the individual will ideally transition into another role within the organization in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, or Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, validate, and compile product data for input into the companyโ€™s PIM system.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to obtain and maintain accurate product information.
  • Support additional commercial and operational projects as needed throughout the program.
  • Maintain a high level of autonomy while managing assigned responsibilities and project timelines.
  • Ensure product data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems and documentation.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the companyโ€™s product offering, applications, and customer base.
  • Build relationships across departments to support collaboration and information gathering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product data management or PIM systems is beneficial, but not required.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% as needed.
