Junior Sales Trainer Entry-Level | Paid Training | Weekly Pay | W2 Position

Are you motivated by success and passionate about helping others achieve their goals too? If you’re competitive, people-oriented, and motivated by results, this is your chance to step into a leadership role while still crushing it on the sales floor.

Our team is looking for a Junior Sales Trainer who will actively sell in-store every day while training, coaching, and developing our Sales Representatives. You’ll lead by example, driving your own strong sales numbers while helping the team improve their performance, close more deals, and exceed targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into full-time training and leadership while continuing to earn through personal sales.

We provide hands-on training, mentorship from top performers, and a supportive environment to help you succeed both as a seller and a trainer.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively sell wireless and connectivity products on the sales floor to meet and exceed personal sales targets
  • Deliver hands-on training to new and existing sales reps on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies
  • Coach team members in real-time by observing customer interactions and providing immediate feedback
  • Lead by example through professional, high-energy customer engagement and relationship building
  • Identify training opportunities and run skill-building sessions, role-plays, and performance huddles
  • Track both personal and team sales performance using company systems
  • Partner with leadership to drive overall sales results and team development
