Landscaper Technician I – Entry Level
Doorkeeper Real Estate Management LLC

Pay Range: $20 - $22/Hour
Benefits Package Available after 60 Days from start date

Denver, CO

Doorkeeper is seeking hardworking and reliable Landscapers to help maintain the appearance, safety, and integrity of multiple residential and commercial properties throughout the City and County of Denver.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is looking to grow within the property maintenance and landscaping industry. Paid training is available for motivated candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lawn mowing and edging
  • Weed removal and general landscape upkeep
  • Tree, shrub and hedge trimming
  • Snow removal during winter weather conditions
  • Planting flowers and seasonal landscaping
  • General grounds maintenance and property clean-up
  • Maintaining safe, clean, and professional outdoor environment
  • Monitoring properties for maintenance needs
  • Traveling between multiple job sites throughout the day

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation. Additional travel may be required pending on project location.
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, walking, and prolonged outdoor activity
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred but not required
