Job description

Lawn Crew Supervisor – Industrial Grounds Maintenance

$30-35 per Hour | 4-Day Work Week | Full Benefits

We are seeking a Lawn Crew Supervisor to lead grounds maintenance operations at a large industrial complex. This is not an entry-level landscaping position. We are looking for a dependable leader who understands that safety, attention to detail, and accountability are critical in a highly regulated industrial environment.

This position oversees the maintenance of approximately 300 acres of industrial property and works directly with site management to ensure all grounds are maintained to strict standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, lawn care, or a related field
  • State Spray Applicator License (or ability to obtain one)
  • Experience operating commercial lawn and grounds equipment
