About The Role & Team
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive awareness, demand and pipeline growth for our products by developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
You will be accountable for translating customer insights into compelling messaging and empowering sales teams with content that brings SITA’s promise to life to support business growth and product adoption.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Borders, you will be a part of the Borders Marketing team, responsible for developing simple and differentiated value propositions for our products, developing integrating marketing programs, and collaborating closely with product management and growth teams to align on business case realization, market segmentation, messaging, product launches and on-going marketing.


What You’ll Do
Positioning & messaging:

  • Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated external-facing value propositions and messaging for the Borders journeys and products, ensuring they align with market needs, customer insights, and competitive landscape.

Marketing Strategy

  • Design, develop, and execute integrated go-to-market marketing programs across the entire marketing lifecycle, including internal communications, PR, events, and more.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to drive marketing efforts for product launches, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels, highlighting product benefits in a way that resonates with target audiences.

Thought Leadership And Content Ownership

  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to curate compelling, forward-thinking thought leadership content that addresses market trends and customer challenges.
  • Own the creation and management of external content such as web content, case studies, webinars, social media and more, ensuring all content highlights how the company’s solutions deliver value and innovation.
  • Ensure content resonates with target audiences, maintaining message consistency across all communications.

Sales Enablement

  • Provide sales teams with impactful collateral and messaging that align with customer needs and help drive revenue and pipeline objectives.
  • Support the bid team with deal-based marketing and value propositions to enhance the effectiveness of proposals and pitches.

Event Strategy & Borders Presence

  • Own the successful planning and positioning of the Borders business at major events.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that our stands and materials accurately reflect the strategic goals and market positioning for specific regions.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Serve as the marketing expert on competitive analysis and market needs.
  • Use these insights to shape messaging and position products for success, ensuring impactful product launches and a sustained market presence.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance against established marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns, product launches, and ongoing marketing efforts to provide actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Present performance reports to key stakeholders, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in product marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and MarCom in complex environments is essential.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with internal teams and external audiences in a global setting.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscapes. You excel at identifying opportunities to differentiate products and messaging to drive business growth.
  • Experience with product launches: Hands-on experience managing large-scale product launches across multiple regions, with a focus on coordinating cross-functional efforts and optimizing launch impact.
  • Storyteller: You possess excellent communication and writing skills, with a particular focus on fluent, professional English. You can create clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging that resonates with target audiences and addresses their needs.
  • Data-driven: You use data and metrics to analyze marketing performance and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns. Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools is highly desired.
  • Project management experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery of marketing materials, campaigns, and launches. Strong organizational, leadership and time-management skills are a must.
