What You'll Do
  • Execute bench-level validation tests across pre-silicon and post-silicon phases, following detailed validation plans.
  • Develop automated test frameworks and regression suites using MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar tools to streamline validation workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with IC Design, Systems, and Applications Engineering teams to understand product requirements and real-world use cases.
  • Debug analog and digital silicon issues, board-level concerns, and validation software/hardware tool anomalies.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and present findings using business intelligence tools such as Spotfire.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with scripting or programming (MATLAB, LabVIEW, C, Python, or comparable languages).
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and general test gear.
  • Strong foundation in analog, digital, power electronics, or audio engineering principles.
  • Self-driven problem solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to understand interactions across silicon, board, and software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Energetic, collaborative, and highly motivated - ready to thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment.
