We’re hiring an Entry-Level Lab Technician for our Sugarland client! We are looking for reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! Entry-level candidates and recent high school graduates are encouraged to apply!


DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Entry-Level Lab Technician
  • Location: 77478
  • Pay: $15–$17/hr
  • Hours: Day and Night shift available
  • Duration: Long-term opportunity
  • Description of Duties:
    • Work in a clean laboratory/manufacturing environment handling wafers, microchips, and small electronic components
    • Assist with assembling and processing small parts and components
    • Apply adhesives/glue and perform detailed assembly work
    • Follow detailed work instructions and procedures to ensure products are assembled correctly
    • Inspect components for defects and perform basic quality control checks
    • Use basic tools and equipment to complete production tasks
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Follow all safety and quality procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Requirements:
    • Entry-level candidates are welcome!
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Previous manufacturing, laboratory, electronics, assembly, or quality control experience is a plus but not required
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small parts
