Responsibilities
  • The Clinical Intern supports the delivery of high-quality laboratory services by assisting with routine clinical testing and operational workflows under the supervision of certified laboratory professionals.
  • Interns must be actively enrolled in an accredited MLT or MLS program and will gain hands-on experience in specimen processing, basic laboratory procedures, quality control activities, equipment maintenance tasks, and proper documentation.
  • This role helps ensure timely and accurate laboratory operations while offering the intern practical training in laboratory science, regulatory compliance, and professional practice.
  • Interns may also participate in performance improvement initiatives, educational activities, and competency or proficiency exercises appropriate to their training level.

  • High School (or GED equivalent) diploma. 
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited MLS/MLT program.

  • Phlebotomy or patient care experience.
