Job description

Dry Force is hiring a Entry Level Restoration Technician for a full-time position in Dallas, Texas - No Experience Required - Willing to Train.

As a Entry Level Restoration Technician, you will be in charge of removing, replacing and repairing water damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Entry Level Restoration Technician need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials
  • Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
  • Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
  • Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
  • Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
  • Document drying progress using a phone or tablet


Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • Ability to Pass a Drug Screen
  • Clear Criminal Background
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
