Lab Technician - Part-Time | Chelating Agent Manufacturing

Location: Plano
Looking for a current university student who would like to work around their class schedule. current student is preferred, ultimately, we want a capable individual who is willing to work part-time doing lab support
Our client provides custom manufacturing solutions for chelating agents used in radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear medicine. We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lab Technician to support daily laboratory operations
  • Package products into vials using balances, spatulas, and labels
  • Receive and move chemicals/raw materials
  • Transfer spent solvents to 55-gallon drums using proper safety equipment
  • Clean laboratory glassware and equipment
  • Assist chemists with cleaning and reassembling lab equipment
    Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of lab experience preferred
  • Comfortable with metric units, fractions, and basic variables
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/bend for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask

Schedule
  • 20-24 hours/week
  • Flexible scheduling for students with daytime classes
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
