Sales & Logistics Operator


Location:Buena Park, CA
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support and strengthen our sales and logistics operations.


Position Overview

The Sales & Logistics Operator supports day-to-day sales and logistics operations, including order processing, system data entry, EDI/system operations, inventory monitoring, and shipment coordination.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career professional who is eager to learn wholesale and retail operations in a structured, hands-on environment. Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Management

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders
  • Enter and update order information in internal systems
  • Manage shipment and delivery schedules
  • Validate order-related EDI data and perform test transmissions


2. Inventory & Shipment Management

  • Coordinate with the logistics team to monitor inventory levels
  • Assist with shipment planning and adjustments
  • Support logistics operations related to sales promotions and campaigns


3. Data & Reporting

  • Create and maintain internal reports related to sales, inventory, and order status


4. Partner Communication

  • Communicate with retail partners and internal sales teams to support requests
  • Assist in identifying and coordinating resolutions for EDI or ERP-related issues


5. Process Improvement

  • Understand recurring workflows and data processes
  • Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EDI or ERP systems (training provided if no prior experience)
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Background in sales operations, logistics, customer service, office administration, or retail
  • Interest in wholesale business operations
  • Experience with systems such as SPS Commerce or NetSuite
