Italian Kitchen Cabinetry Designer / Showroom Representative

Luxury Italian Kitchens | Closets | Interior Solutions

EuroHouse is seeking an experienced Italian Kitchen Cabinetry Designer / Showroom Representative to join our growing luxury interiors company.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a professional with direct experience designing and selling premium European or Italian cabinetry.

If your background is limited to stock American cabinetry, big-box retailers, or general office administration, this position is likely not the right fit.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial designer who enjoys building client relationships, generating new business, and growing a professional network. Candidates with an existing network of architects, interior designers, builders, developers, or luxury homeowners will be given strong preference.

This position starts as a 1099 Independent Contractor with flexible hours, base compensation, and uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

  • Design premium Italian kitchens, closets, and custom cabinetry.
  • Conduct client consultations, showroom presentations, and design meetings.
  • Prepare layouts, quotations, presentations, and project budgets.
  • Coordinate directly with Italian manufacturers throughout the design and production process.
  • Manage projects from initial consultation through final delivery.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders, and developers.
  • Actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and personal industry contacts.
  • Leverage your existing professional network to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Represent EuroHouse at industry events and business development meetings.
  • Support showroom operations and contribute to the company's continued growth.


Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in European or Italian cabinetry, luxury kitchen design, custom cabinetry, or interior architectural millwork.
  • Experience with brands such as LUBE, Binova, Scavolini, Stosa,  Aran, Pedini, Valcucine, Snaidero, Leicht, Poggenpohl, SieMatic, Häcker, Nolte, or similar is highly preferred.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and prepare cabinetry layouts.
