In this role, you will help identify, attract, and hire commercial janitorial employees across the Austin area.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping others find employment opportunities. Successful recruiters are organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.**Responsibilities:*** Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for janitorial and facility service positions. Source candidates through online job boards, referrals, community partnerships, social media, and recruiting events. Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and job fit. Schedule interviews, orientations, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements. Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process to ensure all required documentation is completed accurately. Maintain applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Create and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
