Essential functions (responsibilities): 

The Senior Engineering Recruiter is responsible for managing the wing-to-wing recruitment and selection process either for a specific or multiple business units for entry level to senior hires. The scope can include one or several countries.

He/she partners with key stakeholders in developing sourcing strategy, improving processes and ensuring compliance and fair employment practices are adhered to.

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for collecting market intelligence information and share with the team.


Qualifications

 Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 

Experience - Must Have Engineering Recruiting Background In The Following 

Previous experience in Recruitment role ideally within a corporate/in-house or Recruitment Agency environment

Experience in managing the Wing-to-Wing recruitment cycle (with high volume and complex roles)

Experience in assessing and qualifying candidates, using behavioural interviewing techniques

Skilled in using creative candidate sourcing techniques and channels to generate talent pipelines including networking, headhunting, market research and social media

Demonstrated ability to drive HR/Recruitment processes and building strong relationships with hiring manager

Proven ability to leverage external market knowledge as part of the sourcing strategy

Experience in coaching managers and HRMs during the recruitment process
