Description

Join CCFBank as an IT Technician, where you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, secure technology support to colleagues across the organization. In this position, you will provide day-to-day technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain the performance and security of the Bank's systems and networks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with others, and supporting a strong technology environment in a community banking setting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responds to inquiries and offer daily operations and systems support to personnel and exhibits the necessary follow-through with customers and/or staff involved.
  • Performs routine system or user administrative tasks, such as system specification changes or the addition, change, or deletion of colleagues on the Bank's various systems and networks; ensures necessary documentation is attained and properly authorized for such requests; originates and maintains system and user files.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support computers, peripherals, software, and related technology resources and help train colleagues on its use.
  • Monitor system functionality, support backup activities, and assist in maintaining the availability and security of technology systems.
  • Troubleshoots hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
  • Verifies functionality of hardware and software components.ย 
  • Performs on call support dutiesย 
  • Prepares a variety of routine and special reports as required.
  • Tests programs, troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
  • Reports potential vulnerabilities and application of updates to software and systems.
  • May participate as a member of the Bank's incident response team in the event of a technology emergency or breach of confidential information.

Education and Experienceย 

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Substitution: Three (3) years of directly related full-time experience performing the functions outlined above may be considered in lieu of a degree.ย
