I'm Robin, recruitment and business development consultant at FED IT, a recruitment agency specializing in IT professions.
I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.
All our consultants are IT experts who speak your language and work in your environment. We cover the IT, development, business intelligence and infrastructure professions.

Mission

Mission
You will be responsible for providing daily IT support, maintaining end‑user systems and ensuring the stability of local infrastructures. Your contribution will directly impact operational efficiency, adherence to IT processes and overall user satisfaction. You will also support onboarding and offboarding processes and collaborate with external IT vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to internal and external users.
Participate in an on‑call rotation outside standard working hours.
Manage the IT asset inventory, including workstations, printers, telephony systems, mobile devices, antivirus and access cards.
Install, configure, upgrade and maintain hardware and software components.
Follow change‑management procedures during system deployments and modifications.
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, licenses and maintenance agreements.
Create and update technical documentation.
Coordinate with IT vendors and assist with IT purchasing activities.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Your Profile
Education and Experience
College diploma in network administration or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT technical support.
Availability for after‑hours support on a rotating basis.
Strong customer‑service mindset and communication skills.
Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
Experience with Active Directory, GPO, WSUS and file services.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VLAN).
Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
Exposure to virtualization, VPNs, IP telephony or security tools is an asset.
Technical certifications are considered an asset.
Key Competencies
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to document technical processes clearly.
Autonomy, reliability and team spirit.
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
