Job description

We''re looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Contact Center IT Support team. This is a multi-site, multi-tenant environment supporting roughly 6,000 users, and we need someone who has been in the trenches handling real volume, diagnosing real problems, and owning the outcome. If you''ve only done password resets, this isn''t the role for you. If you''ve supported enterprise-scale environments and know the difference between a broken system and one that just doesn''t conform to policy, we want to talk.

What You''ll Do

  • Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, chat, and ticket queues across a large enterprise environment
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, VPN, and network connectivity issues
  • Monitor network sites and identify whether outages are ISP or power-related, escalating to higher tiers when needed
  • Support and manage endpoints through Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365
  • Work within a hybrid Active Directory and EntraID environment
  • Use BeyondTrust and other remote access tools to support users across multiple sites
  • Contribute to the team''s expansion into application monitoring as the department evolves
  • Track and manage work through ServiceNow

What We''re Looking For

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments. Candidates who have supported hundreds to thousands of users will stand out
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, VPN (zero trust), and network issues
  • Familiarity with Azure, Hybrid AD, EntraID, Windows 365, Intune, and remote access tools
  • ServiceNow experience strongly preferred
  • A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills this team lives on the phone
  • The right attitude and technical aptitude matter more than checking every box; we''ve had great success developing strong candidates who bring the drive to grow
