As an Agile Professional I you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams and the organization in the effective application of Agile practices. You will facilitate the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies, ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. Your primary focus will be on coaching teams to achieve higher levels of Agile maturity, removing impediments, and enhancing communication and transparency. Responsibilities: * Guide and coach teams on the adoption of Agile practices, facilitating continuous improvement and higher levels of maturity.
* Identify and remove impediments or guide the team on how to remove them to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Lead discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution sessions to promote team collaboration and effectiveness.
* Assist with internal and external communication to improve transparency and radiate information.
* Serve as an authority on the Agile Framework, providing recommendations for the implementation of new Agile teams and best practices.
* Support and educate the Product Owner on refining and maintaining the product backlog.
* Provide all necessary support to the team using a servant leadership style to help them achieve project goals. Qualifications You Must Have: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in an Agile environment or related field.
* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
* Demonstrated experience in Agile Professional role (Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, etc.).
* Project Management or Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment.
* Experience in project management and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence or Redmine.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
* Understanding of the project lifecycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases) using Agile principles.
* The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required. Qualifications We Prefer: * One or more Agile certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner-Scrum Master (CSP-SM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
* Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry. Essential Functions: * Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
* Frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
