Job Summary
Supports the delivery of IT projects to meet organizational objectives. Develops, monitors, and maintains project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies. Collaborates with technical teams, business partners, and leadership to execute IT initiatives effectively. Assists in guiding project teams through assignments and project lifecycles, providing input and support as needed. Prepares project documentation, updates, and reports to support decision-making and successful project outcomes. Identifies potential risks and escalates issues to ensure projects remain on track. Contributes to improvements in IT processes, service delivery, and project execution under guidance.
Essential Functions
โ€ข Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for IT projects of moderate scope.
โ€ข Ensures project implementation adheres to approved project management methodologies.
โ€ข Collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and support timely completion of tasks.
โ€ข Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to IT processes, services, and cost-effectiveness.
โ€ข Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to management.
โ€ข Communicate project status, updates, and documentation to stakeholders and leadership.
โ€ข Resolves customer incidents, requests, and projects within specified Service Level Agreements or milestones.
โ€ข Participate in cross-functional collaboration to support project execution.
โ€ข Support resolution of customer incidents, requests, and project deliverables within defined Service Level Agreements or milestones.
โ€ข Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree
Experience Requirement: 2+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare, computer science, management information systems, or a relevant area An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
Certifications & Licensures: PMP preferred
