Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. Inventory Clerk - Franklin Park IL
What You'll Do:
As an Inventory Clerk, you'll be the go-to for behind-the-scenes accuracy-supporting warehouse functions through fast, accurate order processing and documentation. This role blends administrative precision with warehouse coordination. You'll keep the information flowing so the product can move.

In This Role, You'll:
  • Spend 80% in the freezer and cooler
  • Be willing to work overtime
  • Enter customer orders and shipment info with speed and accuracy using warehouse systems
  • Manage key documents like load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaints
  • Track supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teams
  • Print and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows moving
  • Conduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrity
  • Help resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departments

What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Inventory Clerk experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plus
  • Ability to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systems
  • Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally

The Schedule & Setting:
  • Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7AM to 4PM

  • Starting pay: $23.50
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
