We are currently recruiting Accounting and Finance Solutions Delivery Analysts, whose skills and interests align with the below description:

Accounting and Finance Solutions Delivery Analyst

  • This Delivery Analyst uses specialized Finance and Accounting tools to assist clients from a delivery center around ensuring accuracy in financial planning, controllership and regulatory compliance,while also supporting components of grant programs, including planning, budgeting, compliance monitoring.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or an equivalent program
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)
  • You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
  • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.

Preferred:

  • 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Internship, project, or coursework experience in accounting or finance
  • Meet minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure (which may differ from the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam) in the state of your assigned office location prior to beginning full-time employment
